Pork Steak with Ginger served with Red Onion Salsa
  • 750g Butterfly Pork Steaks
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil

Mango and Red Onion Salsa

2 medium red onions

2 medium mangoes, sliced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

ΒΌ cup raspberry vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

Mango and Red Onion Salsa

Cook onion on heated oiled barbecue until browned and soft. Cook mango on heated oil

Barbq until browned all over. Combine onion and mango in medium bowl with remaining ingredients.

Pork Steaks.

Combine ginger, mustard and oil in large bowl, add pork, mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Drain pork discard marinade and cook on the barbq.

Serve with Mango and Red Salsa.
