Garlic Mushrooms with Pork
- 6 Pork Steaks
- 5 teaspoons minced garlic
- 400g baby mushrooms quartered
- 6 Spring onions sliced
- 1/3 Cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Lightly barbeque or grill pork steaks.
Coat nonstick pan with Olive Oil spray and cook the garlic and mushrooms
Add the wine, bring to the boil, simmer and reduce by half.
Add the spring onions and blended cornfour and water. Stir until sauce boils
And thickens, stir in dill. Serve pork topped with the sauce.
