Barbecued Gingered Pork
- 4 Butterfly Pork Steaks
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- ½ Cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey garlic soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon minced ginger
- ¼ teaspoon five spice powder
Combine all ingredients except the pork in a bowl.
Add the pork and toss to coat. Pan fry the pork brushing
With the marinade until cooked through.
