Melt in your Mouth Marinade
- 2 Cups of White Wine
- Juice from one lemon
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Cornflour
- 1 Teaspoon of Bi Carb Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed Chilli
Mix all of the above ingredients in large bowl and add your meat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
