Rosemary Lamb Roast
- 1 boned rolled Lamb
- 4 cloves garlic halved
- 3 sprigs of Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Pierce the Lamb with a sharp knife in 8 different places
Push the garlic and rosemary into each cut
Rub the lamb with oil
Cook Lamb in Covered Barbq or Oven
