Pesto Rack of Lamb

• 4 x Small Racks of Lamb
• 2 Tablespoon of Basil Pesto

Rub backs of lamb racks with

Basil Pesto and bake at 200C

For 15 mins.

Remove and Cover with foil for 5 minutes

Serve with Baked Vegetables.
