Mustard Lamb Cutlets
  • 8 Lamb cutlets
  • ½ cup olive Oil
  • ½ cup finely chopped basil leaves
  • Crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons seeded mustard

Combine oil, basil, garlic in large dish.  Add cutlets, mix well & refrigerate.

Drain the marinade & cook on the barbeque. Spread the mustard over the cutlets prior to serving.
