Minted Leg Of Lamb
  • 1 Butterflied Leg of Lamb
  • 1 Cup of dry white wine
  • Crushed Garlic
  • ¼ Cup chopped fresh mint
  • ½ Cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Combine Lamb and all ingredients in a baking dish.  Cover & refrigerate.

Cook in the oven or covered barbq.

Will need 50-60 minutes.
