Minted Leg Of Lamb
- 1 Butterflied Leg of Lamb
- 1 Cup of dry white wine
- Crushed Garlic
- ¼ Cup chopped fresh mint
- ½ Cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Combine Lamb and all ingredients in a baking dish. Cover & refrigerate.
Cook in the oven or covered barbq.
Will need 50-60 minutes.
