Lamb skewers with spiced yoghurt
  • 1kg lamb cubed
  • ¼ Cup light olive oil
  • 1 Cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large red onion, chopped finely

Spiced yoghurt

200ml Yoghurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon sugar

Place lamb in baking dish and add ingredients ,cover and refrigerate.

After a few hours drain the lamb discard marinade. Thread the lamb

On the skewers and cook on the barbq.

Spiced Yoghurt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Refrigerate for one hour prior to serving.
