Lamb Cutlets with Pistachio Nut Crust
  • 1 kg Lamb Cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground Corinander
  • ΒΌ Cup shelled Pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Mint
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Coriander
  • Olive Oil

Blend Chilli, garlic, spices, nuts, leaves and oil until pureed.

Place the Cutlers in the marinade & refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight

Cooked Cutlets on Barbq until browned on both sides.
