Lamb Cutlets with Pistachio Nut Crust
- 1 kg Lamb Cutlets
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Chilli
- 1 tablespoon ground Cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground Corinander
- ΒΌ Cup shelled Pistachios
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Mint
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Coriander
- Olive Oil
Blend Chilli, garlic, spices, nuts, leaves and oil until pureed.
Place the Cutlers in the marinade & refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight
Cooked Cutlets on Barbq until browned on both sides.
