Cajun Lamb Spiced Salad

• Lean beef steaks
• 1 tbs Cajun seasoning
• 2 tsp olive oil.
• 1 lettuce
• ripe tomatoes
• 2 small cucumbers.

Dressing

1tbs olive oil

2tbs white wine vinegar

1tsp Dijon mustard

Lightly coat beef steaks in Cajun seasoning.  Grill or Barbq the steaks .

Slice steaks once cooked into thin strips.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a large serving plate. Quarter tomatoes and slice cucumbers.  Top the salad with steak strips.  To make dressing add oil vinegar, Dijon mustard and sugar in a jar and shake them up.  Pour over salad.
