Sweet Chilli Chicken Spaghetti
- 500g Chicken fillets thinly sliced
- 500g Spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ red capsicum finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can tomatoes
- ½ cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
- Fresh ground black pepper
Boil pasta and drain and set aside.
Heat frypan and coat with Olive Oil spray
Cook the chicken and remove and set aside.
Saute the Capsicum, onion, and garlic in the pan
Until tender
Stir in the tomatoes, white wine, chilli sauce,
Basil and black pepper
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken and pasta and heat through.
