Honey Soy Chicken and Cashews
- Chicken Fillets marinated in Honey Soy
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 Can of Mixed Chinese Vegetables
- Broccoli
- Cashews
Saute the onions and garlic until soft. Cube the marinated chicken fillets
And add to the pan. Add the Chinese vegetables, and broccoli to the
Wok or frypan. Add the cashews and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add extra Honey Soy Sauce to pan and serve on a bed of rice.
