Chicken with Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 480 g Chicken breast fillet sliced thinly.
  • 2tbs honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1tbs seeded mustard
  • 1tsp minced garlic

Grill chicken fillets until browned. Add all remaining ingredients in a pan and simmer uncovered until mixture thickens.  Place chicken on a plate and pour over glaze .  Serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
