Chicken with Honey Mustard Glaze
- 480 g Chicken breast fillet sliced thinly.
- 2tbs honey
- ¼ cup water
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 1tbs seeded mustard
- 1tsp minced garlic
Grill chicken fillets until browned. Add all remaining ingredients in a pan and simmer uncovered until mixture thickens. Place chicken on a plate and pour over glaze . Serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
