Chicken and Vegetable Pie
- 2 Chicken Fillets diced
- 1 Cup Frozen mixed vegetables
- 60 g tasty cheese
- 1 Can Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Soup.
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Stock powder.
- 2 sheets of Puff Pastry
In a baking dish place one sheet of Puff Pastry spray with Olive Oil and bake for 10 mins.
In a nonstick pan with Olive Oil spray add the onions and garlic and chicken and cook
Until browned. Add the vegetables, chicken stock and soup. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take the baking dish out of the oven and spoon the mixture over the pastry.
Add the second sheet of pastry on the top, spray with oil and cook in the oven for
30-40 minutes or until browned.
