Reef and Beef
- 4 Fillet Steaks
- 16 Cooked and Peeled Prawns
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1 packet of béarnaise sauce
Use a sharp Knife to cut a pocket into the side of the Steak. Fill each pocket with 2 prawns and secure with toothpicks.
Spray both sides of the steak with Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.
Cook Steaks on both sides for 4-5 minutes or as required.
Make the béarnaise packet mix and add the extra prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove Toothpicks and place Steaks on plate.
Spoon over sauce and prawns and serve with Vegetables or Salad.
