Garlic Steak
  • 4 x Steak of your choice
  • ¼ Cup vegetable stock
  • ¼ Cup red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Cup light evaporated milk
  • Cracked black pepper.

Cook steak on high heat on nonstick pan or barbecue.  Place steak in al foil to rest.  In a hot pan pour in stock, garlic and black pepper.  Let it reduce by half and then add milk.  When it starts to simmer return meat and juices to pan let the sauce thicken and serve with salad or vegetables.
