Beef Red Wine Marinade
- 2 Cups of Red Wine
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
- 1 tablespoon crushed Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon wholegrain Mustard
- ½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and add the meat.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
