Beef Noodles with Sesame Seeds
- 500g of Beef Stirfry
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 900g Hokkien noodles
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 green capsicum , sliced thin
- 1 bunch of baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
- 100g snow peas.
Combine the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and juice in a bowl.
Add the beef and toss to coat. Cover and marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Drain the meat and keep the marinade.
Put the hokkien noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Separate and leave for 10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
Spray the nonstick pan or wok and heat.
Stirfry the beef over a high heat for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Set aside.
Reheat the wok , add the carrots and capsicum and stirfry for 3 minutes.
Add the reserved marinade and bring to the boil.
Add the spinach leaves and toss until wilted.
Stir in the noodles, beef, sesame seeds and snowpeas and toss to heat through.
