Beef and Broccoli Stirfry
  • 500g Stirfry Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ¼ Cup Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of crushedGinger
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon on water
  • ½ cup cashew nuts

Combine Oyster sauce, soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and sugar in a bowl.

Add Steak.  Toss to combine.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Heat wok and add oil.  Add beef and fry for 1-2 minutes and remove to a plate.

Add 2 teaspoons of oil and add spring onions broccoli .  Drizzle water over vegetables

And cover and cook for another 1 minute.

Return Beef and Cashews to Wok.  Stirfry for 1-2 minutes and serve with Steamed Rice.
